The NEXTCNC brand has introduced a new series of industrial nesting machines dedicated to the carpentry sector - the VECTOR series. The flagship model of this new line of VECTOR machines, created especially for manufacturers of custom-made furniture and the broadly understood carpentry industry, is the XLU model
The main distinguishing feature of this product is its modern design based on servo drives communicating with the controller using the EtherCAT protocol. Thanks to this, VECTOR series machines achieve exceptional speed and milling precision that cannot be found in other machines of this class. The VECTRO 6 XLU model is equipped with an innovative drill head with 9 independent vertical drills, spaced every 32 mm. Additionally, automatically raised pressure rollers ensure secure fixation of the material during processing, and the extraction foot eliminates problems with dust generated during milling.
